| North of San Andrés Tuxtla near the community of El Cebollar, along a dirt road and a short walk is a set of overgrown ruins, reminiscent of Palenque, of an old cotton factory from the mid 1800's. Nearby is an inviting waterfall and swimming hole formed by the Rio Tejalete. Although most tourist guides and the city tourism department hype this place, it is one of those "You can´t get there from here" places and many locals forgot that it exists.
