Benito Juárez is an enigma of an ecotouristic venture in the foothills
of the Sierra Santa Marta, overlooking Laguna Catemaco, above Las
Margaritas. (Basically, I have no idea who owns it or why it is there).
Access is via a paved road from Catemaco to Tebanca, via Coyame,
then several miles of dirt road to the destination. Then a leg breaking
climb down a hill.
